Carrie Green
Director of Strategic Operations
Carrie brings a unique set of skills and experience to Exemplar as Director of Strategic Operations. In this role Carrie leads the strategic direction of Exemplar’s services, as well as exploring innovative solutions to meet emerging needs in the market place.
Carrie has almost 20 years of leadership experience in the business outsourcing and pharmaceutical industries. She has held roles in sales, account management, sales management, marketing, employee engagement and leadership development.
Carrie spent over 15 years working with GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, the world’s second largest pharmaceutical company, where her skills, business acumen and leadership enabled her teams to exceed their corporate objectives. In her various roles she designed training programs to develop the future leaders of the organization. Her experience also includes product management – serving on the corporate marketing team of a billion dollar brand.
Her focus for the last seven years has been on developing leaders and high-performing/high potential leadership candidates on a wide array of leadership skill-sets such as self awareness, communication, platform skills, performance management, coaching, mentoring, leading and influencing others.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Journalism & Mass Media.
Carrie, her husband Jeremy, and their three children reside in Southern California’s Ladera Ranch.
